The Reservation Process

1. To secure or reserve your desired dates you will need to put down the Reservation Deposit of $450.00 This deposit will go towards the total rental payment in the future. 

2. The reminder of rental fee amount and the Security deposit will have to be paid in full prior or on a rental  start day. All checks, money orders, cashier checks, wire transfers must be cleared by our bank by the rental start day.

3. We will conduct pre-departure inspection with you before the unit leaves our yard.

4. After you return the RV, we will perform a post-return inspection. Your Security deposit will be refunded next business day, assuming there are no new damages and the RV is clean. 

5. NOTE. When it is time to return your RV, simply park it back in our lot, drop the keys in the key-drop box and drive away. Please let us know f you would like to be present for post-return inspection.

6. OPTIONAL SERVICES. Propane refill, septic tanks' dump station and cleaning services. If you purchase these services ahead of time you do not need to worry about refilling the propane tanks, emptying the septic tanks or cleaning the trailer after you use it.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 2pm. check-out time is 11am. Please plan your trip accordingly. If for some reason you need to change the either time please let us know ahead of time. Check-out can be done after hours as well with the Key-Drop off box.

Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy

Reservations.

$450.00 Reservation Deposit is required at sign-up to secure the rental for desired dates. We work on first come, first serve basis.

Cancellations.

Reservation can be canceled anytime. However there is a $99.00 Cancellation Fee that applies all the time.

Renter may receive full refund of money collected up to 14 days before rental start date, 50% refund will be issued within 14 days of rental start date. A $99 cancellation processing fee will be applied to all partial and full refunds. 

NO exceptions.

Rescheduling.

You may reschedule your reservation for a fee of $50, subject to availability. You must notify us of your desire to reschedule and pay the $50 rescheduling fee within 7 days of the Rental Period Start Date. The deposit that you placed toward your cancelled reservation will be applied towards your new reservation. You have one year from the date you pay the $50 rescheduling fee to reserve and occupy a trailer from us or you will forfeit your deposited amount.
